Lend A Hand is here to support older adults (age 60+) with everyday tasks— helping reduce the risk of injury and maintain independence at home.
Our background-checked volunteers use an app called POINT to view available tasks and will contact you directly to offer assistance.
Please make sure to answer or return calls from volunteers so they can help you. If you don’t typically answer unknown numbers, just let us know — we’re happy to help coordinate the connection.
If you could use a hand with any of the following, let us know:
Technology Help – Support with smartphones, tablets, social media, email, or remotes.
Household Tasks – Hanging pictures, fixing small issues, rearranging furniture, changing light bulbs or batteries, etc.
Seasonal Support – Shoveling snow, raking leaves, or other yardwork.
